    Find Your Path

The challenge for many renters is finding properties that align with their needs and situations. See how we help with this.

    ‣
    Voucher

We market properties that accept housing vouchers. Each individual property will include whether the landlord accepts housing vouchers and documentation required to start the leasing process.

    ‣
Second Chance/Credit Issue Applicants (aka “Performance Path”)

Many people have credit issues but this shouldn’t disqualify individuals from getting housing. Some landlords are willing to work with applicants with credit issues with a standardized stipulations and terms. If you need additional financial literacy information please see this link:

    ‣
    Bridge (bridge-to-buy / month-to-month on closing)

If you are in a situation where you are either about to buy a home or sell a home then you know housing can be a challenge. Do you pay for a short term rental or explore other options. We can help with this.

    ‣
    Student/Roommate

Students typically don’t have much credit and/or need roommates. We can work with you and roommates to put everything in writing - you don’t want to be a college freshman and the only person on the lease and your roommate either stops paying or moves out and leaves you with the costs.

    ‣
    Military/PCS

For those in uniform, take the guesswork out of housing if you receive PCS orders. Any landlords we market as PCS friendly will understand the process and not ask for the remainder of the lease.

    ‣
    55+/Accessibility

    Find rentals for seniors.

    ‣
    Luxury/Private

    Market luxury rentals with discretion.

    ‣
    Condo (ATL) — HOA rules/approvals

As a renter the worst case scenario is living in a rental the HOA does not approve and force the owner to either move back in or sell the unit which causes housing instability for the renter.
